Oh the Memories, the FINAL goodbye to the Dome

The HHH Metrodome is not being torn down, in fact if you wanted you could go there on Sunday to catch a MN Vikings game... but it still feels like a little bit of MN Sports History died on Sunday.

After the Twins final loss to the New York Yankees on Sunday, the HHH Metrodome said goodbye to the Twins. Twins Fans and Players alike all took a final moment to sit in the blue seats and reminisce about the memories that have been made under the dome roof. We all have lots of Minnesota Twins Metrodome Memories, so I won't bore you with mine, but I will share this picture... the empty seats seem sad somehow. Its less than a year until Target Field opens, but a little piece of my MN Twins loving heart will always be at the Metrdome.

Good-bye HHH!

MN Vikings play the Dallas Cowboys at the Metrodome

While the MN Twins take the road, the HHH Metrodome staff are quickly converting the field to be football ready for the final MN Vikings preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys that will take place tomorrow night.

The MN Vikings have had one other preseason game, winning against the Kansas City Chiefs 17-13. The Vikings have been on fire in the preseason winning all of their matchups. The Vikings-Cowboys game is highly anticipated and likely will be the a sell out or close to it.

Kick off at the HHH Metrodome is 7:00, enough time to get off work head over to the Dome, grab a dome dog and beer for dinner and find your seat. Brett Favre will be playing tomorrow night, so don't miss your last chance to see the newest Viking before MN Vikings Ticket prices sky-rocket for the regular season!
