Randy Moss Returns to the Minnesota Vikings!

Randy Moss of the Minnesota VikingsOn October 6th, a longtime dream of many Minnesota Vikings fans came true. Out of essentially nowhere, Randy Moss was dealt to the Minnesota Vikings early this morning for a 3rd round pick. Randy Moss, a receiver who is headed to the Hall of Fame, joins the team that he played for from 1998 to 2004. His first game at the Metrodome will be against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, October 17th. Maybe the Dallas Cowboys remember him? Moss had 3 touchdowns against them on Thanksgiving Day in his rookie season. Jerry Jones forever regretted passing up on him in the draft in 1998. Welcome Back #84 Randy Moss!!!

The Vikings decided before the season that it was Super Bowl or bust, and they have gone to great lengths to trade for a top 5 receiver. They agreed to a deal with Vincent Jackson, but couldnt get the Chargers to lower their ridiculous trade requirements. If Moss and Favre cant get on the same page, this could turn back into one of the elite teams in the NFL. They should certainly contend for the division if they can get past the next 4 or 5 games with only 1 or 2 losses.
